All orders are shipped within 5 to 8 business days of placing the order using USPS DHL eCommerce, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service. however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track them every step of the way! Some packages may be faced with delays beyond our control.

Unfortunately, ONE30 cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are dropped off at USPS or other third-party delivery methods.
